Job Description

Being the #1 Customer Friendship platform comes with big ideas. We’re looking for someone to embark on a journey to help our Project Manager drive those ideas into a reality.
So, we’re looking for a hands-on analytical person to join our newly formed Strategy function; someone who can find structure in the chaos that is a scale-up, and most importantly, who can support projects and bridge the gaps between different areas of the business to align viewpoints and ensure that they align with the vision of Dixa.
The Strategy team is a central function in driving high-impact cross-functional projects. In this role, you’ll be reporting directly to our Chief Strategy Officer - we’re talking about high impact and great coverage of the strategic engine of a fast-paced environment.

The bigger picture
We're in scale-up territory, which means that the coming quarters are filled with ambitious, exciting, and challenging roads ahead. Here's what we'd like you to focus on:
Analysis amp; research You’ll work on a bunch of different strategic projects and present findings to higher management.
Running with projects Though you’ll be working closely with our Project Managers, you’ll be given full scope on specific focus areas and run initiatives from start to finish.
Work cross-functionally to achieve targets Building strong rapports with key stakeholders within the business.
Presenting You’ll be creating a bunch of presentations, plugging numbers into sheets (and other tools), and carrying out special tasks with management's direction.
Juggling Handling complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, aligning long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands.You are
  • A data geek You’re able to analyse and deduce patterns in data to give insights into what the data means and deliver that info to key stakeholders.

  • A shape shifter You’re adaptable, and will be able to support different team members (within the strategy team and cross-functionally) to juggle a bunch of different ever-changing projects and conversations.

  • An executor You take a structured and hands-on approach to deliver on projects, and appreciate how actions speak louder than words. You’re content with being left to your own devices to run with and deliver on projects.

  • Sleeve roller-upper You get energy from being in high pressure situations and fast growth, with the ability to build repeatable, scalable processes amidst all the chaos!
