Role: Nordic Brand Manager

RELATIONSHIPS:

MAIN PURPOSE:

  • Responsible for correct management of assigned products in particular PLENVU and REPADINA for the entire Nordic area both on a strategic and tactical point of view, in agreement and under supervision of Line Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Development, planning and realisation of brand plan and annual marketing plan
  • Realisation of activities planned in assigned products marketing plan together with financial controller and Line Manager
  • Participation to development and discussion of budget exercises for assigned products incl competition monitoring, development of communication and promotional materials, congress management and educational activities
  • Working together with Global Functions to ensure correct development of product strategies and planning in the framework of global positioning
  • Cooperation with Sales Force to ensure correct realisation of strategies on field and to ensure maximum support to sales
  • Other eventual product analysis and pre-marketing activities (ad hoc, if requested)


Requirements

SKILLS amp; KNOWLEDGE

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience from the pharmaceutical industry

  • Minimum 2 years of Brand or Product Management
  • Knowledge of GDP regulations and code of conduct in marketing amp; sales
  • Experience with medicinal products or medical divices
  • Flexibility and adaptability, able to adopt to changing business priorities
  • Drive, ability to implement and exicute plans
  • Analytical, ability to analyze the market situation and decide on marketing and sales activities
  • High engagement and Self-motivation
  • Proven record to establish trust and long working relationship with customers, patient organisations and other relevant stakeholders
  • Social skills:

o Proactive and diplomatic, ‘can do’ attitude

o Team work

o Ability to interact at all levels and build trustworthy relationships within the company and other stakeholders

o Motivate the sales force

o Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in Scandinavian language and English (oral and written)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
