Customer Director with strong commercial experience and craft in digital marketing
wanted in a global martech startup.

Come join a rapidly growing startup and help us elevate the customer experience across all touchpoints. TwentyThree is a pioneer in the video marketing software and webinar space with a large portfolio of customers, from the hottest startups to some of the largest enterprises in the world.

As a Customer Director you will lead two teams of talents and experts, our Customer Success Manager teams and our Specialist team. You will drive the field of video and webinar marketing forward with our customers, our service offerings around our product, build a world-class customer experience across all touchpoints, and enhance product adoption and activation for different cohorts.

You will drive revenue, including service revenue and MRR expansion. Improve CSAT, NPS, health scores, ticket resolve time and in general shorten time to value for new customers.

THE ROLE INCLUDES:

  • Lead our our customer success teams across our business units and country teams
  • Run and scale up our specialist talent team delivering support, activation and services at scale.
  • Drive our ambitious goal to double revenue on existing customers.
  • Drive our service offerings around our product. Build service revenue at higher scale.
  • Enhance product adoption and activation, cross-sell, CSAT, health score, churn prevention, effective onboardings and implementations.
  • Create playbooks and procedures for customer touchpoint cadence and content.
  • Build a talent factory on our specialist teams for students and graduates.

YOU COME WITH:

- +5 years of experience from consulting on digital marketing.

- Running client/customer management at scale.
- Leadership experience, preferably from a matrixed structured environment.

- Commercial and operational experience
