Our SDR Team is the core of Planday’s sales engine, which drives the continual scaling of our business and our product. As the starting point for revenue generation, the Planday Sales Development Representative position is a commission-incentivized, activity-based role centered around clear targets for active outreach and cold contact.
As our new Norwegian-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be working in a team of currently seven colleagues located in our Copenhagen headquarters and will be focusing on new business in Norway. You will be responsible for contacting outbound prospects and qualifying and booking meetings for our Account Executives with the overall goal of winning new business. The SDR team is responsible for delivering qualified first demo appointments through a process of engagement, fact-finding and qualifying business pains and objectives that our Account Executive Team can sell to. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and enjoy proactively reaching out to new potential customers. Additionally, you should:
For this role, we are open to hear from interested candidates with less working experience or experience in other fields. However, your motivation to start a career in Sales and the carryover of your skills would need to be clearly described.
