Based in Copenhagen and reporting to the Senior Manager of CRM, the Student Assistant will be crucial to helping the team build emails and push notifications that help the company drive revenue via B2C CRM communication across multiple European markets. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with HTML/CSS and is excited at the opportunity of learning more about marketing campaign development and operations.
A day at the office
You will be helping to clean up email content and setting up push notifications in our CRM tool, SimonData. Some days you may be helping to review the content for upcoming tests to make sure the tests are clear and correct, and other days you may be jumping in to help the team create personalized segments to help users get the most relevant communications from us. As you develop your expertise, you may start to help with troubleshooting email rendering issues, supporting some inbound questions for CRM, and shadowing the team as they pull data to evaluate the success of campaigns.
The position is part-time with approximately 15 working hours per week, spread over at least 2-3 weekdays. We will plan your working days in advance and make the plan fit your study and exams. There will be an option to work both remotely and in the office, but it is a requirement that you will be able to meet with the team in the Copenhagen office on a regular basis.
