We're SYBO a mobile game studio in the heart of Copenhagen, striving to craft meaningful experiences that can be enjoyed by everyone no matter what their skill. It takes all kinds of talents to bring this vision to life, and right now we’re looking for a Growth Intern to join our Growth Team.
When joining the Growth Team you will be joining the absolute core part of SYBO's business unit; supporting new game launches, providing valuable product feedback to our dev teams and driving revenue through our users that exceed a billion globally. This gives you a tremendous opportunity to gain insights and experience of how a mobile games studio operates commercially. You will become an expert in the mobile ecosystem and have a lot of fun along the way.
As the Growth Team covers an array of responsibilities you will touch on the subjects of Performance Marketing, Organic Growth, AppStore Optimisation and Ad Monetization so an agile octopus that is not scared of getting involved in different projects is in high currency.
As a Growth Intern you will:
- Support the Growth unit with detailed reports
- Optimise our ad revenue
- Manage UA campaigns for multiple titles in different production stages
- Ad campaigns analysis and optimisation (ROI driven)
- Come up with new creative ideas to improve campaign performance
- Give feedback to the creative team on their output
- Manage daily communication with external partners
- Complete competitor research
- Perform and analyse ASO tests on GooglePlay
Requirements
- Business and tech-savvy
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Analytic skills, ideally with some knowledge of SQL or R
- Advanced Excel user is a must
- Ability to translate data into creative solutions
- Native or fluent in English
