Job Description

Can you create structure and overview within contract, invoice, license management as well as support in administrative and project related tasks?

As Student Assistant in Global IT/GIT Services you will have task within managing and filing contracts in Veeva Vault platform, administration of licenses, follow up on invoicing, prepare reporting and help onboarding new colleagues etc. You will have collaborators across the organization and become part of an international team.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Follow up and maintain invoicing, both project and application maintenance related
  • Managing and filing contracts e.g. work orders and agreements
  • Administration of licenses
  • Ad hoc assistance on projects with deliverables
  • Create presentations in power point
  • Coordinate meetings and training of new services and processes

Ideally, you are starting your third year of your Bachelor studies or the first year of your Master’s studies in the fields of Finance, Business Administration or something completely different. Most importantly, you have a proactive, positive and independent approach and you are interested in how IT can transform business.

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Ability to keep an overview of many tasks at once
  • Excel able to make graphs, functions and pivot tables
  • PowerPoint structure presentations, do layout, design and diagrams
  • Experience within vendor management
  • Strong analytical competences

You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken.

You work independently and can run with a task with little supervision. You are detail oriented, a self-starter and learn at a quick pace. You are a doer and not afraid to learn from your mistakes. You meet any task with the same energy, regardless of how interesting it is for you personally. You are conscientious about your tasks, solution oriented and focused on meeting deadlines.

Work hours: 20 hours a week is expected. Flexibility around your exams can be arranged with your manager and coordinated in the team.
