When joining the Support Team you will be joining an absolute core part of SYBO's business unit; supporting new game launches, providing valuable feedback to our dev teams and ensuring our players around the globe get top-notch support, enhancing their experience and satisfaction. This gives you a tremendous opportunity to gain insights and experience of how a mobile games studio operates. You will become proficient in the mobile ecosystem and have a lot of fun along the way.


As a Player Support Intern you will:

  • Ongoing correspondence with our player base, across multiple live games and channels
  • Manage daily communication with our external partners
  • Optimise and enhance our platforms and player communications
  • Come up with new creative ideas to improve the way we service our players
  • Monitor the competition and new emerging trends and tools
  • Support the Player Experience team with detailed reporting

Requirements

We would like you to have the following:

  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude with players and co-workers
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Native or fluent in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Bonus Points if you have

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of mobile apps and games
  • Social Media expertise
  • Additional languages (spoken and written)
