We are a group of highly dedicated specialists who are cooperative and eager to build the best software for our clients. We are translating customer wishes, market initiatives and customer contractual obligations into code. As a Cluster Manager in Keylane you will be a part of our Product Development team and will support our Business Analysts, Actuaries and Developers in making leading solutions in the financial market.
Together with your colleagues you will solve challenges such as resource allocation and people management in one of our Clusters consisting of 15-20 specialists in total. You will coach, support and motivate our specialists, as well as give sparring and support in technical issues. Being a company consisting of specialists only, we are quite self-going, but might need a motivation booster or a pep-talk every now and then. It is up to you to find the best way to manage your nerds.
Our Plexus product is built in Product Development, and you will therefor discuss and find the best solution to how, when and where functionality and updates will be managed together with the Product Development Management Group and our Product Management department.
