Reform is a rapidly growing, young and fast-paced company rooted in modern democratic design traditions. Working across architecture, design and interior, our aim is to push the boundaries of the kitchen industry with bold and accessible, high-quality kitchens.

We are looking for a Technical product developer with experience in the fields of design, furniture and materials to manage development of products. You will be responsible for projects focused on product development. You will need a strong practical mindset and a passion working with materials, testing and documenting products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing detailed technical product design on small and large scale for documentation and testing
• Visualization and documentation of concepts
• Communicating with different stakeholders; production, supply chain, suppliers, local architects, consultants
• Following up on projects; review, test, evaluate, and suggest improvements and take on board relevant feedback
• Managing projects efficiently
• Visiting Reform production teams and suppliers across Europe

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in design engineering or product development
• Experience working within a branded environment
• Experience working and combining different materials such as wood, plastics, metals
• Knowledge of large scale production
• Solid project management experience
• Experience working with contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Proficient in CAD as Solid works(preferable), Inventor or similar
• Fluent in english
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time
