As our HR (Administrative) Professional, you will handle a wide variety of personnel-related tasks:
You must be passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a fantastic workplace. Your tasks will evolve and it is therefore important that you are eager to further develop your competencies.
One of the success criteria for this role will be to develop and implement new administrative HR processes to ensure scalability.
Your experience:
You are a highly motivated individual who enjoys being challenged and working in a collaborative and informal environment, where you are able to structure, follow up on and complete your tasks
You will be involved in activities that are central to Ascendis Pharma’s strategy and work with highly skilled and experienced colleagues to advance our exciting product pipeline.
Travel: 10-15 days per year.
Place of work: Ascendis Pharma in Denmark is located in a wonderful office facility in Tuborg Havn in Hellerup with a view to the harbour, the canals and the sea.
