Job Summary
You will be a part of a newly formed international team with 11 highly skilled colleagues in K3 Software Management. The K3 Software Management team develops and maintains a portfolio of on-premise software products for the retail and visitor attraction industries, with customers across Europe and the UK.
A developer in our Software Management team can develop front and backend applications in the environments on which our products are installed/hosted. Developers will typically be stronger in one discipline, but it is our ambition to train all developers to have a blended skillset.
Developers report to the Manager Software Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance, stabilization and development of mature products
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective REST APIs
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Write technical documentation
- Support of product portfolio which includes a in house developed End-user loyalty/bonus system
Key skills
- Proficient in Write clean, modular, testable and scalable code
- Proficient in building restful API’s
- Proficient in building SOAP web services
- Proficient in Visual Studio 2015 and higher
- Proficient in SQL, TSQL etc.
- Proficient in C# and .Net 4.5 and above
- Experience building NuGet packages
- Experience with GIT version control
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins)
- Experience working with architectural patterns
- Experience with agile software development
- Experience with unit testing, like NUnit
- Experience with Jira
- Strong object-oriented skills including design, coding, and testing pattern
Desirable skills
- Dapper
- Docker
- SQL Analysis Services [SSAS]
- SonarQube
- POS workflows
- IIS (setup and troubleshooting)
- Java script, AngularJs, NodeJs
- Raspberry pie
Required
- Relevant education in Computer science
- Excellent communications skills in English in speaking and writing, Preferable fluent in Danish in reading and writing
