The People amp; Culture (Pamp;C) Team

As a part of the Vivino People amp; Culture (Pamp;C) team, you will become the lead on all People amp; Culture matters in EMEA in close collaboration with the Pamp;C team and the rest of the global organization. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in Vivino, define the role, scope, and impact of the organization is inevitable.

The Pamp;C team currently consists of 10 people: Copenhagen Office Manager, Rebecca, IT Manager, Ben, People amp; Office All-star, Mette, People Operations Specialist, Myriam, People Operations Specialist, Christina, Partner Learning amp; Development, Ditte, Manager within Global Talent Acquisition amp; Employer Branding, Heidi, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Line, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Jonathan, Senior Manager People and Culture Americas, Henry, and the Director of People amp; Culture, Signe. The Pamp;C team works closely with finance to secure alignment, progress, and support for the entire organization in the day-to-day business and long-term strategies.


A Day at the Office with People amp; Culture
The Pamp;C Team starts each day with stand-up to say good morning, update and align on matters at hand, and spread good vibes to each other. As the day develops, you might conduct One2One’s with our team and managers, internal Pamp;C meetings regarding TA, Continuous Feedback Program, New Hires, and Operations requiring vendor attention. And then we laugh - we laugh a lot, support each other in different matters, both personally and professionally. Your team is your safe haven.

Lunch. Very important! Currently, we are working on a three-week rotation - so please make sure to take care of yourself. If the weather is with you, we highly recommend that you make a walk’n’eat lunch.

Back to work! Sparring and handling incoming requests from the organization and the Pamp;C team takes up 40-50% of your day, and this requires a good day structure. In the team, we all have booked personal desk time to ensure that we have time to sit by our desks, check emails, get those drafts written, and check-in with ourselves. The days can be very, very busy, almost hectic, and it’s of the utmost importance that you secure your headspace.

Sometimes you leave early, have private stuff to do during the day, and sometimes you shoot through the day giving it all you got! How you schedule your days and weeks is your choice - as long as collaboration with the Pamp;C team and the organization is good and fruitful.


The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and establishing the People amp; Culture activities in EMEA in close collaboration with the Pamp;C Team. You will report to, work with and provide support to the Director, People amp; Culture, in all aspects of People amp; Culture.

Responsibilities as a Manager

  • Enabling and empowering your team is your first priority; 2 direct reports: Operations Specialist and Legal amp; Relocation Specialist. Be a knowledge resource to the company for EMEA-related HR. Your team will most likely grow within the following year.
  • Drive and ensure the Continuous Feedback Program amp; Development Dialogue
    • Support the organization in setting clear KPI’s and OKR’s
    • Be the Pamp;C EMEA lead.
  • Co-create and co-drive the Vivino DEI initiative with the Pamp;C Americas Manager
  • Co-create and co-dive the global comp amp; ben project with the Pamp;C Americas Manager and Finance
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to employees and managers regarding sensitive HR and employment matters
  • Assist with development, implementation, and tracking of performance reviews

Responsibilities within TA amp; On-boarding

  • Implement the onboarding process and work closely with TA on our Magnum Project: Hire 162 in 2021
  • Oversee the onboarding process
  • Audit and confirm payroll set-up


We work with OKR’s, Goals amp; Priorities, and we determine these together. As we are a global organization, some flexibility in terms of working hours is expected. Again, how you schedule your workday is up to you. 30-50 traveling days a year is to be expected.

When you create a case or a pitch to get reviewed and co-created by the Pamp;C team and to take the final pitch to Leadership to establish the plan and the budget, this takes guts.
