We are looking for a Content Moderator to join our experienced and incredible Product Support team in Copenhagen.
Review escalated content for compliance and moderate our growing platform
In this role, you will interact with our community and user-generated content from Day One. In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out other essential policy operation functions and collaborating with other team members to drive impactful improvements in the team's processes and tools.
In this newly created role, you have the opportunity to help build the function from zero. It’s an opportunity to improve your skills through challenging projects, outstanding colleagues, and a bit of wine on Fridays.

As a Content Moderator, you will report to Vivino's Product Support Manager and be a part of the Product Support team who provides both internal support to the organization, technical support to our customers, and fixes data. We are committed to collaboration - both within the team and with cross-functional partners across the organization. We communicate, deliver, and help each other out - and we have a lot of fun!
