We are looking for a Senior Business- and Data Analyst with a strong flair for Finance. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis, as well as worked with financial analysis/modelling.
You should be analytical and an excellent communicator. If you also have a business acumen and knack for problem-solving, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will build/enhance our business intelligence and financial management system - a critical component in our growth journey

About the role
As our Senior Business- and Data Analyst, you will be working 360 degree around the company to establish and implement key metrics at team, portfolio(s), partner and company level to help inform and anchor a strategically aligned and profitable growth. Further, you will be responsible of driving the quarterly rolling forecast process, and link the business metrics, forecasting and monthly/quarterly reporting together.
You will be working across the entire organisation, with external partners, leadership and our Board.
- Design, build and deploy our BI and Financial management suite
- Prepare financial reporting and forecasting - including quarterly rolling forecasts
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, BI Developer, Data Scientist or Financial Analyst
- Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative - it's a hands-on job
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office
- Demonstrable strategic thinking skills

- Experience with financial forecasting models and cost accounting processes
