Want to be an instrumental part of driving carbon emission reductions in one of the biggest industries in the world? Commoditrader is looking for a highly motivated and driven European Large Farm Account Manager to take lead in helping the largest farms in Europe drive carbon emission reductions.

We are here to help farmers by providing tools, services and incentives to undergo radical transitions towards sustainable practices. Our technology platform both contains a marketplace helping farmers optimize the price on their produce, and latest CommodiCarbon our Carbon Payment Programme to help farmers fund their transition and optimize how cropland is managed.

We’re a young’ish team with a modern working style so although our HQ is in Nyhavn, Copenhagen, we’re digital at heart, and therefore our team is located all over Europe.

About the role

As our European Large Farm Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-2-end large farm sales- and enrollment. We expect you to establish a close collaboration with our Customer Success team, anchored in a clear set of metrics and knowledge flow. You will be driving customer conversion with accountability for commercial outcomes of course with the constant target to drive carbon emission reductions in the agricultural industry.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Driving large farmer sales and enrolment
  • End-2-end responsibility for the customer
  • Being a hands-on active, either online or on the road to always engage large farmers in driving carbon emission reductions.
  • Feed Customer Success and Product development with feedback and insights from the field

Requirements

The key to success in this role is to have a goal-oriented, go-getter mindset that strives to find solutions and have a passion for sales.

Necessary:

  • International farm level sales position
  • +5 years in an international sales role within the agricultural industry
  • Understands complex products and have the capabilities to create a simple and appealing storytelling around it
  • Well-established ag network across Europe
  • Fluency in English.
  • You must thrive with both high ambitions as well as expectations

Nice to haves:

  • Background from well-recognized agricultural organization
  • Multi-language

This is full-time permanent role - and we hope you can start as soon as possible. The role is based in our HQ in Copenhagen (DK), but for the right candidate, it is also possible to work remotely (CET 2h).
