About you:

  • You speak fluently English and also are a Danish native speaker
  • You have worked for at least 1-year in a customer service contact-center environment (Banking or Fintech sector will be considered as an extra plus)
  • You are extra confident with technology and familiar with CRM systems, or/and webchat
  • You have a passion for serving customers and act with ownership and professionalism
  • You love solving problems and resolving conflicts in a cool and constructive way
  • You are able to work independently but also as a member of a team

If you join our team as a Contact Center Agent, you will:

  • be a Viva ambassador: the first point of contact for our customers
  • deal with enquiries and issues about Viva Wallet services and products, in multiple ways: via Live chat, phone and email
  • offer the most suitable solution to customers’ issues and become their trusted partner
  • identify customers’ needs or/and trends, regarding our products and services
  • follow procedures and policies to safeguard compliance
  • be challenged to achieve predefined qualitative and quantitative targets
