Grant Compass is seeking a talented, motivated Full-stack Developer to join our Product development team.

Grant Compass has created the largest match engine for grants in Denmark and combined it with the easiest way of managing applications. Our aim is to create the best possible experience for people running foundations, and the best outcomes for those who are seeking grants.

The role

You will join an experienced team of professionals in product development, with a multi-disciplinary mix of skills. Our product covers both legaltech and fintech and an interest and experience in these areas would be a big plus.

As an engineering team, we make use of a wide range of technologies to carry out our mission. Working with us at our office in central Copenhagen, you will be a key part of driving significant change using these technologies. Our programming languages and tech used include React, TypeScript, MaterialUI, GraphQL, Postgres, Sequelize, NodeJS, Apollo amp; NextJS.

We deploy our services on Google Cloud, and we strive to employ continuous integration and end-to-end testing to stay confident in our ability to deliver on our promises.

Requirements

You, The Ideal Candidate

You will be an integral part of the product team, delivering on our roadmap and working alongside those who have crafted the product from its launch. Expect a flat structure, clear communication lines and to provide value from day one.

• Write beautiful, modular, testable and scalable code
• Learn quickly you want to push your first commit on day one
• Have experience in designing and developing modular User Interfaces
• Have shipped fully-featured web apps to production
• Possess strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Understand the value of agility, sufficiency and the 80/20 principle in code
• Identify areas of improvement and proactively implement those with the team
• Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary product team to create awesome experiences
