In this newly created role, you will be managing the end-to-end process of creating and adding wine-related content - from the concept phase to making it available to our community.
Deliver wine-related, interactive content
One of the pillars of Vivino’s strategy for engaging with our community has always been wine-related content. Driven by an angle of educating wine lovers, we have been adding and expanding content that enriches our community’s journey by exploring and discovering the world of wine. Be it information about wine regions, grapes, different styles of wine, wine-makers, and wine-making approaches, the depth and breadth of such content will continue to expand in the years to come.
As Content Project Manager, you will contribute to this by:
- Delivering wine-related content
- Being the owner of such wine-related content creation projects and project manage the process from concept to publishing phase
- Managing the localization process of all wine-related content using our localization tools
- Being the driver and contact person for all wine content that is outsourced
- Providing timelines for all wine-content production and go-live dates.

As Content Project Manager, you will work closely with our Wine Content Team, who is editorially responsible for all wine-related content, and external copywriters who help us with copywriting wine-related content when the internal capacity is limited. Also, you will be working with our Product Management team and our Service Design team.
Responsible team player with knowledge of the wine domain
As a person, you are responsible and flexible. You understand the value of teamwork, and your work style is collaborative and inclusive. Also, you are known to be a troubleshooter that gets things done!
Adding to this, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:
- A degree in journalism, marketing, media studies, communication, or equivalent
- Knowledge of the wine domain is plus
- Strong organizational skills (especially working with technologists, creatives, and copywriters)
- Experience with cross-platform (not just web) content management systems (CMS) is considered a big plus
- Experience with localization pipelines is also much appreciated
