Requirements
Your responsibilities will include:
- Your tasks will involve gathering, outreach and viewing of potential warehouse locations as well as other real estate opportunities
- You will be part of the real estate team to analyze future locations
- You will support the decision making process alongside our expansion team
- You will help to define the ideal warehouse and optimize our playbook
- You will interact with potential landlords and real estate agents
- You will communicate with different external stakeholders and across many different internal departments e.g. launch team, growth team, founders
Your profile:
- You have gained first experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, startup, VC, etc.)
- You see yourself as an entrepreneur and you are eager to take the next steps
- Ideally, you have gained some first experience in the real estate market
- You are willing to make Gorillas your mission and are ready to put a lot of hard work into making this business a success
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
- You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English
