HR GENERALIST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In collaboration with our HR team, you will support driving decisions on organization design and employee relations for our four offices in Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, and UK.
Manager Relations:
- Act as a point of contact on HR issues creating solutions and solving problems.
- Provide coaching and advice to managers regarding day-to-day interactions and interpretations of HR-related policies and processes
Employment Legislation
- Maintain and expand knowledge of existing employment legislation and regulations
- In collaboration with the DPO, and VP or HR, interpret laws and policies and advise within our 4 offices
- Regularly review and update the employee regulations to address omissions and maintain compliance with best practices
Recruitment amp; Retention
- Support in developing an efficient global recruitment and onboarding process that seeks to identify, recruit, and retain exceptional candidates
- Assist in interviews and strategic recruits
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks
- Providing assessment feedback to managers and candidates
Employee Training amp; Development
- Support in providing training and personal development guidance to employees Support the implementation of the performance management systems Coordinate and evaluate development activities while tracking impact and making periodical revisions
HR Roadmap
- Supporting implementation of new HR initiatives
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in an HR Consultant/Advisor role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations or similar field
- Experience creating and executing on strategies in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Learning amp; Development, Compensation amp; Rewards and Benefits amp; Pensions
- Experience in a start-up or a scale-up is a benefit
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Professional expertise Demonstrated knowledge of relevant Legislation, Policies and Practices, and ability to provide valued support to colleagues in interpretation and application.
- Employment law knowledge in Denmark/ Germany/ Netherlands /UK a plus
- Communication skills Highly developed communication, negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse personalities and viewpoint
- Coaching and mentoring proficient in developing skills within the organization
Problem Solver- Ability to investigate issues, identify problems, develop and implement innovative people solutions, systems and work practices
