Marketing Operations Coordinator

Talentiir is recruiting on behalf of our client Trustpilot, for the position of Marketing Operations Coordinator. This role is based in either Copenhagen, London or New York. This role is a contract-based position.

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will ensure the marketing technology stack is well maintained, that processes are followed and quality standards upheld. This maintenance is critical for marketing to operate efficiently. This efficiency will allow the business to scale more efficiently.

The role will:

• Maintain key marketing systems including marketing automation (Hubspot), attribution (Bizible), webinar hosting (GoToWebinar) and video hosting (Wistia). They will:
  • Support the broader marketing team in the correct use of these tools
  • Follow established processes to maintain and improve the health of these tools
  • Conduct audits of the tools to identify inconsistent data and ineffective implementation of the tools
  • Catch and resolve errors or actions that compromise the data and system integrity
  • Document any changes to the processes
• Follow processes to ensure the efficient running of the marketing department:
  • Provide support for Field Marketing so they are able to efficiently run timely campaigns
  • Verify the robustness of systems and workflows
  • Work closely with the Field Marketing team to identify new challenges and requirements
• Be a great contributor within the Operations team and broader company:
  • Train and support the adoption of the Marketing Technology Stack of new hires both within the Operations team and broader marketing

Trustpilot is looking for people with:

• Experience in marketing operations
• Knowledge of Hubspot
• English-speaking proficiency
