Senior Growth and Commercial Manager - Comme Deux
We are Comme Deux, a skincare brand from the Danish subscription beauty box company, Goodiebox. Our story started a few years ago when we asked ourselves: When did beauty turn into boring routines and rigid rules instead of freedom? Also - who makes these "rules", anyway?

We are looking for a talented, driven, and results-oriented Senior Growth and Commercial Manager for Comme Deux to build this vision with us as part of our small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as the commercial lead for Comme Deux to develop short and long term objectives, set targets, and optimize budgets
- Own our customer acquisition strategy, driving increasing month-on-month growth by scaling our performance channels (including influencer marketing), while also increasing spend efficiency over time
- Build from the ground up a robust customer retention growth strategy and plan that delivers double digit retention metrics
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the larger organization
- Oversee regular performance reporting on performance channels as well as overall commercial progress
- Collaborate with the Comme Deux brand team to support branded communications with commercial activations
- Collaborate with Comme Deux technical team to update digital product roadmap and on-site experience
- Establish scalable but flexible growth processes that increase executional efficiency and transparency
- Mentor junior stakeholder who supports with growth initiatives

Requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years performance marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in influencer marketing
- A strong grasp on direct-to-consumer fundamental KPIs and how to improve them with growth measures over time
- A proven track record of driving commercial success forward through disciplined execution of growth activities in an e-commerce environment
- Extensive experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Influencer Marketing, E-Mail marketing and Google Analytics.
- Ability to seamlessly work with marketers, designers, and technical engineers
- Experience in beauty a plus
