Overview
We are looking for a Logistics Planning Manager for our Denmark launch. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain Logistics you will oversee:
Central warehouse: how to manage our supply chain
Capital expenditure: how to set up our central warehousing operations
Transportation: which partners do we work with to deliver to our stores
As one of the early members of Gorillas, you have one of the most consequential roles in making sure Gorillas delivers on its promise to the customer.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure planning and logistics work efficiently within inbound supply
Support the development and launch of an ERP and WMS system
Work with operations teams to identify key 3PL companies to support the rapid growth of the organization
Work with headquarters to learn about and implement best practices from other markets
Develop processes to ensure smooth delivery of goods and efficient management of the warehouses

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising or related field
3+ years of experience in Logistics
Affinity for using data to make strategic decisions
Experienced with E2E Supply Chain
A strong understanding of the grocery / convenience market - and a willingness to disrupt the way it currently operates
Experienced leading a team in a rapid changing environment
Demonstrated leadership abilities within grocery retail
Ability to travel between 25% - 50% to different marketplaces as needed
Preferred Skills
Experience in a start-up environment - Grocery / Food amp; Beverages ideal
Clear understanding of how to build departments from the ground up with a focus on
streamlined processes and procedures
