Talentiir is recruiting on behalf of our client Vivino, for this position of Service Design Manager based in Copenhagen.

We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Service Design Manager to help us keep growing, implement efficient cross-functional processes, and manage the Service Design Team of UX and UI designers. This role is based in our Service Design team in Copenhagen and reports to our Head of Design. This is a full-time role within a multicultural and truly international office with daily catered lunches and happy hour Fridays at our wine bar. Apply today!


Responsibilities for the Service Design Manager:
  • Be an amazing partner in crime with the Head of Design
  • Manage and inspire an exceptional team of UX/UI designers and researchers to new levels, and motivate them to collaborate and info-share with each other.
  • Participate as part of the product and technology leadership team and help drive overall product strategy
  • Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
  • Modify and revise existing service design processes to improve efficiency. Challenge the status quo!
  • Occasionally assist with UX/UI Design work when needed
  • Managing Design System team to be efficient in execution and consistency, while staying on brand.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a manager role. Someone who hasn’t forgotten how to be in the trenches is a plus.
  • Passionate about building teams and culture. You’re collaborative, humble, and someone who can inspire a team.
  • You find joy in mentoring designers and guiding them in their professional development, having tough conversations when needed, but celebrating growth at every step.
