The Role
As an Account Executive in Nordics, you will be part of the foundational team representing the Veeva Commercial Cloud solutions in the marketplace.You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, winning new business, and managing strategic relationships at an HQ and affiliate level.A strong understanding of the life science industry, enterprise software sales cycle, and a passion for making market changes with innovative technology is ideal. Candidates should have at least 5 years of consultative selling experience, ideally having sold into the Life Sciences industry, with a proven track record of success ideally in the Nordics region.The candidate must live in the Nordics region.
What You'll Do
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level as well as working collaboratively with other account executives in other regions e.g. the U.S.
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets including annual renewals
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers addressing their business challenges
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience, ideally in Life Sciences
  • Aptitude for technology
  • Proventrackrecordofmeetingandexceedingsalesquotas
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level and also with Veeva Partners
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • A passion for solving customer business problems
  • The location will be home-office given Veeva has no office in the Nordics region
