As Head of Global MDM you will act as a lead for our program to establish master data governance in Ascendis Pharma and act as advisor on Master Data Management (MDM) on our IT projects. In the role you will facilitate, drive and monitor the implementation, execution, and enforcement of MDM amp; Governance across all MD Domains in Ascendis Pharma.

Your main responsibilities are
The successful candidate has documented experience from key positions in Master Data Governance/Master Data Management initiatives. You are a strong change agent and expert communicator with experience in bridging the gap between IT and the business. You have the ability to drive projects efficiently with the focus on value creation and process optimization. You are recognized as a credible business partner for cross-functional teams and key stakeholders and are able to build strong relations across the business. Ideally you have working experience from the pharmaceutical industry and from working in a global/international company.
You hold a Masters degree in IT, Pharmacy, Engineering or related. You probably have 10+ years of experience within the IT field and 5+ years of experience working within the MDM space. You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken.

Travelling: Approx. 10-20 days/year
