We are looking for a QA Tester who will be joining our QA Services team. You will be dispatched on short to mid-term missions when product teams will be in need of QA support (e.g. peak of work, release date approaching, help with regression,.). It's a great position if you like to experience novelty and discover different ways of working.
We appreciate specialists and with your particular skill set, you will be a large part of forming the position and be a part of our continuous journey.

Requirements
You should be able to say yes to all of the following statements:
- Great interest in mobile F2P games
- 1-year+ in mobile testing and QA experience.
- Self-starter who takes the initiative and seeks out tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong critical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Quickly adapt to various environments and ways of working.
- Will ask questions when policy or procedure is not understood.
- Have a positive attitude and drive for product success.
Experience with Unity and/or Agile is a plus.
QA Tester Responsibilities:
- Provide written reports on bugs, unwanted game behaviors or visual errors with clear recreate steps.
- Able to identify and find new bugs based on familiarity of the game and playing outside of the "safe zone".
- Reproducing reported bugs from both the development team and costumers.
- Regression and verification of resolved defects against all applicable environments.
- Execute regular testing on multiple platforms (Android, iOS, Kindle and WP) and devices.
- Create test plans in collaboration with the team and document results.
- Construct test cases that reflects features/test plan and modify accordingly when test requirement changes.
- Ability to create or refine processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Become an expert of the various SYBO products amp; support the outsourced QA teams with providing answers to their questions and guidance toward their daily tasks.
- Reporting to the QA Lead the progress made, identified blockers to the day's objectives and risks for the product's quality.
