Join Reform, a EUR 20m revenue scale-up with headquarters in Denmark and support and underpin our continued growth as we scale our business in existing and new markets.

The Challenge:

In the role as Software Product Manager at Reform, you will be tasked with ensuring that your co-workers work efficiently and effectively.

You will be reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will help create and support the roll-out and implementation of the Software vision for Reform, both in the short and long term. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator and have the ability to execute technology projects.

At Reform, we have an ambition to deliver excellent and affordable design for our customers, underpinned by working with the best software platforms and you will be an essential part of achieving that goal.

Requirements

Your Profile:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, process oriented, Software Product Manager who has a vision that ensures the existing and new projects can support and unpin the growth ambitions of Reform.

• Manage external and internal software projects
• Ensure projects have an adequate level of reporting
• Liaise with internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Create and maintain project workflows

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as an key point of contact for internal stakeholders on business critical projects
• Act as a key stakeholder for external partners

• Jira
• Excel
• G-Suite

• 3+ years in project ownership / management
• Experience with managing several projects concurrently

• Experience with both technology and non-technology projects
• Proven ability to scope and self-manage projects from conception
