As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a new team member to join our Revenue team as Director of Revenue Programs amp; Systems, to help us drive change programs within the business.


As our new Director of Revenue Programs amp; Systems, you will be reporting directly into our VP of Revenue Operations and will lead a small team of both internal and external consultants and project managers, located all over Europe. Additionally, you will work in close collaboration with the other functional teams within the Revenue team (Revenue Operations and Data Analytics), as well as other parts of the business, to align and drive key programs.

As our new Director of Revenue Programs amp; Systems, your tasks will include:

  • Scoping and leading a number of concurrent projects which underpin either our strategic objectives and/or revenue target
  • Collaborating closely with other functions, ensuring ongoing alignment and understanding of all of the parts required to achieve the ultimate outcomes
  • Building and developing teams, both cross functional project teams and direct reports
  • Developing project roadmaps and ensuring delivery of the same
  • Providing ongoing transparency to senior stakeholders on the progress of strategic projects
  • Ensuring high performance of vendors and other 3rd parties who are engaged in a project
  • Identifying new opportunities for change and growth, and developing business cases to support the opportunity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be a hands-on self-starter who is just as comfortable working at the strategic as well as the operational level. You are proactive, energetic, and have the ability to work with people from across the organization.

Additionally, you should possess:

  • 8+ years experience in leading successful cross functional change projects across business systems, commercial and operational processes
  • Strong technical knowledge (i.e. CRM, ERP, BI amp; data), as well as a deep understanding of commercial processes and goals
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuine desire to deliver results for both external and internal customers
  • Proven leadership experience of multi-disciplined, and cross functional teams
  • Experience with working in a SaaS company (ideally in a similar scale-up environment)
  • A motivating approach to leadership, creating high performance teams

It is considered a benefit if you have experience working with Salesforce, Sales Cloud and Customer Cloud.
