Job Description
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Nordics Territory Manager to join our team, to be based in the Nordics region, Denmark or Sweden would be preferred.
About the role:
This is a brand new role, in a growing business. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of our sales and business operations in the Nordics market. A Life Science background and solid local market expertise is strongly preferred. The role will require significant travel over the region, therefore our ideal candidate will be based near a convenient travel hub.

You will be responsible for:
- Market development and sales of SPT Labtech group’s liquid handling and sample management product lines into the protein crystallization, genomics, and drug discovery market(s) across Nordic countries.
- Working independently in the territory and collaborating closely with the global sales, marketing, and product management teams.
- Scheduling and conducting product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Key account management.
- Managing every pre-sales activities until purchasing order and supporting post sales activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in a capital sales role is required. Preference given to candidates who have experience selling automated liquid handling technologies.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in a Life Science discipline
- Background in Protein Crystallography or Genomics is advantageous
- CRM expertise will be a plus
- Ability to travel up to 33 %
- Established Lab automation network across Nordics market.
- Proven success and ability to develop business.
- Ability to conduct presentations in front of varying audiences.
- Autonomy, team spirit and remote work capabilities.
