As part of our growth journey, we are creating a new function within our Customer Success team and are looking for a colleague to join as a Content Developer. The purpose of this role is to create engaging and easily-understandable content for our Help Center and Knowledge Hub, enabling our customer and users to quickly and easily find answers to their questions online.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders within Customer Success, Product and Engineering, and Marketing teams and will report directly into our VP of Customer Success. Overall, you will work towards internal goals around the content quality and discoverability for our customers and internal users.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting on creating a support content strategy
- The creation of internal and external written support content
- The maintenance of existing written support content on both internal and external channels
- Keeping up-to-date with content trends and applying them to your work
Requirements
As this is a new function, this role requires a person who is able to work independently and is well-organized. You should have an eye for detail, be flexible, proactive and a great communicator.
Additionally, you should:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar content creation role
- Speak and write English fluently (any Scandinavian language additionally is considered a plus)
- Posses the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
- Have good knowledge of editing and publishing software
- Have good knowledge of service platforms, such as Salesforce, ServiceCloud and Intercom
It is considered a plus if you have previous experience in customer-facing roles in a similar company environment within the SaaS industry.
