TwentyThree is the only global player out of Europe in the emerging video world with a leading product suite for webinars and video marketing. And we’re a different kind of tech company bootstrapped and real. Join more than 50 passionate colleagues as we actively grow the company in this quickly growing SaaS space. We are looking for a true commercial generalist. One that loves clients and a high NPS score, but also understands that good will and talk does not pay the bills.

You are all about solving a problem for the client - and will do anything to get there. At the same time innovation excites you, because how can you serve 1000 clients personally? Right, you can’t, but you can build the framework to do it. And a 100 other things at the same time, hence a generalist.

As a member of the Growth Team, you will be responsible for handling our forever growing portfolio of clients in the Growth segment. SME is a game of volume and while personal interaction is always preferable for a premium solution such as ours, it is not the most efficient way to serve customers globally. You need to stay creative in your approach and cooperate with the team and the company on how to scale your work, ensure product success and product upgrades as the clients develop. This is not a typical customer success role. Here, you are an integral part of this new team’s success, making sure the clients are always happy - and creating even more business, either through referral programs, subscription plan upgrades or negative churn (we don’t lose customers here, we win more!) - global Growth is the leading star!

Requirements

  • Proven client facing experience, at least partly at scale.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team-player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with tech / SaaS / digital marketing
  • Startup experience.
  • Multiple languages
  • Understanding of video production and/or video marketing strategies
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM
