You are all about solving a problem for the client - and will do anything to get there. At the same time innovation excites you, because how can you serve 1000 clients personally? Right, you can’t, but you can build the framework to do it. And a 100 other things at the same time, hence a generalist.
As a member of the Growth Team, you will be responsible for handling our forever growing portfolio of clients in the Growth segment. SME is a game of volume and while personal interaction is always preferable for a premium solution such as ours, it is not the most efficient way to serve customers globally. You need to stay creative in your approach and cooperate with the team and the company on how to scale your work, ensure product success and product upgrades as the clients develop. This is not a typical customer success role. Here, you are an integral part of this new team’s success, making sure the clients are always happy - and creating even more business, either through referral programs, subscription plan upgrades or negative churn (we don’t lose customers here, we win more!) - global Growth is the leading star!
