About The Role
Goodiebox is looking for a motivated, aspiring software engineer to help us scale our customer experience operations. The primary responsibilities will be coordinating with and providing technical solutions to our customer experience team, Team Happiness; identifying and articulating ambiguous or undefined issues; and aiding in the development of automation and tooling for internal stakeholders.
