Job Description

As we enter a scale-up function with the recent 150 million USD Series D funding, new and exciting job opportunities arise. This is one of them!

CRM is one of the company's key marketing channels. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic candidate who is highly motivated to play an essential role in driving the company's growth. In this role, you can work from either our Copenhagen or London office.


Responsible for the performance of CRM channels
Covering multiple European markets, the CRM Manager is responsible for the performance of CRM channels in their markets. You should have experience in planning, segmenting, building, and optimizing email and push notification campaigns in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include to:

  • Deliver on CRM performance objectives in multiple markets
  • Build emails via WYSIWYG and HTML/CSS
  • Test and schedule emails, both automated and one-off emails
  • Ensure messages are mobile-friendly
  • Plan and execute email optimization tests
  • Work with multiple teams globally (especially in Europe)
  • Work with the local Commercial Teams to drive revenue daily
  • Pull insights via Looker (Tableau competitor), and Google sheets
  • Support on the ideation and implementation of emails, including lifecycle emails, trigger-based emails, and revenue-driving emails
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution, as required


This role is a maternity cover with a duration of approximately one year. With offices around Europe and in San Francisco, there will be some opportunity for international travel, should you want to.


Skilled communicator with experience in CRM/email marketing
The ideal candidate will have at least basic wine knowledge and be a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with remote teams. Furthermore, we hope to see that you are organized with effective time-management skills and great attention to detail. You are resourceful and willing to dive in and find answers to questions that may not yet be documented.

Adding to the above, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM/email marketing
  • A solid handle on HTML/CSS and interest to learn Jinja and SQL
  • Previous use of ESPs, CRMs, and other email tools like Litmus is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English required, and other European languages would be a bonus
