The role you’ll play

We are looking for an Strategic Solution Consultant to join our team in Aarhus or Copenhagen. You will enter a role with different focus areas! You will be responsible for driving our profitability program in close collaboration with a another team member. We want to excel at what we do since it's very important for LanguageWire to stay competitive while ensuring a sustainable business. Hence, we have a continued focus on profitability where we are looking for a dedicated person to design, implement and execute identified profitability improvement levers across our customers in LanguageWire. In this role you will experience close sparring with our Senior Director of Commercial Excellence and multiple other stakeholders at LanguageWire.

The team you’ll be a part of

As Strategic Solution Consultant you will be joining the Consulting Team, which is part of the Commercial Excellence department within our commercial organization.

The Consulting Team’s primary goal is to ensure customer growth in collaboration with our Customer Success Managers through the design, implementation and execution of strategic commercial initiatives.

We are a small team of five members with a great variety of competences, experiences, and preferences. An informal and dynamic atmosphere, a challenging and fast paced environment.

  • Driving growth while improving profitability through designing, implementing and executing revenue and cost drivers of the profitability improvement focus in close collaboration with our Customer Success organization
  • Facilitating design and implementation of tools and processes to aid a continuous focus on securing profitable customer setups
  • Facilitating and training Customer Success Managers in changing perspectives on a customer’s setup ensure continued competitiveness, customer retention and improved profitability
  • Facilitating training in the LanguageWire Ecosystem in collaboration with Customer Success Managers
  • Supporting our Customer Success Managers in growing customer engagement within their portfolio

What you’ll need to bring

  • +3 years of commercial and/or sales experience within solution selling to B2B customers within the information technology and services industry
  • Strong commercial/sales methodology toolbox that you have experience with putting into use in customer situations
  • Proven track record within B2B sales and customer dialogues
  • Experience with project management, stakeholder management and facilitation of cross-organizational project groups
  • Experience with service process excellence and/or supply chain management
  • A structured mindset, keeping overview and ensuring progress on several tasks simultaneously
  • Strong willingness to work in a dynamic and ambitious environment with an informal tone
  • Are a strong, actionable communicator, fast learner with an analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written
  • Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint
