Based in Copenhagen and reporting to the Manager of Merchant Operations, the Merchant Operations Program Lead will play a critical role in the growth and success of our Merchant Partners around the world.
Strategically manage and coordinate the programs of our Merchant Operations team
As Merchant Operations Program Lead, you will be working as part of the Merchant Operations team and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed environment. Further, as you handle multiple projects and programs, you will also manage the integrations of platform partners as you aid your team towards success.
Your key responsibilities as Merchant Operations Program Lead will also include:
- Manage platform partners integrations
- Develop and execute project plans
- Deliver performance results on established cadence
- Coordinate internal and external Business Operations updates
- Prioritize improvements of key business products, policies, and processes
- Manage internal relationships with key internal partners and peers
A highly organized and analytical project manager that can handle multiple projects
We are looking for a candidate with a high level of initiative, good attention to detail, and has the ability to leap into new activities and decipher answers to questions that may not yet be documented. To thrive in this role, you are organized and analytically strong as you lead and manage multiple projects. Furthermore, due to the nature of Vivino, we imagine you can adjust to the circumstances of collaborating across different time zones, languages, and business cultures.
Adding to the description above, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:
- Experience in managing and leading projects/programs
- Strong analytical and OE problem-solving skills
- Experience in influencing broader organizational direction at the senior level
- Ability to efficiently handle a hectic schedule
- Proven experience in using data to drive the right business outcomes
- Strong verbal/written communication and coordination skills
- Advanced PMO/Project Certification preferred, but not required

Merchant Operations is a growing team consisting of 2 employees whose primary focus is on our merchant partners’ tools, integrations, activations, and performance metrics. The team is a part of the Global Business Operations department and is tasked with objectives that are key to the continued global success of the Vivino Marketplace.
