People Operations Consultant

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced People Operations Consultant to oversee all aspects of people practices and processes to achieve an aligned and positive culture. This is full-time permanent role - and we hope you can start as soon as possible. The role is based in our HQ in Copenhagen (DK) where we are currently a team of more than seven different nationalities - you do though need to hold a valid work permit if necessary.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Design and implement company policies
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
- Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
Requirements
- Proven work experience in a similar people or HR role
- Hands-on experience with HR systems
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organized
- Knowledge of labor law is a plus
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages is a plus
