Imagine Tracy, who is the HR manager in a medium-sized hospitality business. She wants to make sure payroll is managed without mistakes. She also wants her staff to be onboarded smoothly. Or let’s consider Alycia, who works as the central scheduling manager in a hospice. Her job is to staff the right people, with the right skills, at the right time and place.
Tracy and Alycia are everyday heroes who make the day work for hundreds of people.?Both Tracy and Alycia rely on a subscription to Planday to do their jobs. Planday's Customer Success (CS) team ensures that clients like Alycia and Tracy are able to make the most of their Planday subscription.
To provide the best possible support for businesses using Planday for up to 50 employees, we have established our Customer Enablement Team, to function as one contact for our all SMB (Small and Medium Business) customers. Our Customer Enablement Team helps SMBs to set up their individual Planday platforms according to their unique needs and provides customers with a clear overview of the value our solution creates.
We are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Enablement Consultant, to join our Copenhagen headquarters. In this role, you will be part of a team of nine colleagues located across Europe and will:
- facilitate implementation meetings for new customers with up to 50 employees
- demonstrate the value of the Planday product to prospective customers
- set up custom product requirements and provide ongoing customer support
- act as a representative of your customers to our internal product/engineering team
Requirements
The individual goals for this position will be centered around your customers' satisfaction, as well as the time taken from a first demo to a first shift created. To achieve these goals, you should be eager to help people around you and good at working independently, but always be focusing on sharing your knowledge and success with others. Additionally, you:
- are professionally fluent in Norwegian and English
- have at least a year of experience in an onboarding/business development role; or in a senior position in one of our core industries
- understand the logic of IT systems and easily learn new systems
- are driven, creative, respectful and curious, with strong time management skills
It is a plus if you have experience using Planday from a previous workplace and/or if you have working knowledge of HR system, payroll systems or working time rules.
