While farmers all over Europe are trusting Agreena and joining our Carbon programme, Romania is one the most represented country in our customer base.
We're therefore looking for a Romanian-speaking Customer Success Specialist who will be able to support all our activities in Romania, both for small and large farms.
As CS Specialist, your role will be to oversee a portfolio of customers on our platform, actively seek new subscriptions opportunities across our user base and support our yearly Carbon cycle, especially on the Romanian market. You will therefore have to have frequent contacts with farmers and landowners, to support them in setting up their fields for the upcoming harvest year, supporting them in building their profiles and strategies and guiding new potential subscribers into joining the programme.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve our entire customer experience.
This is a full-time permanent tole - and we hope you can start as soon as possible. The role is based in our HQ in Copenhagen (DK) where we currently are a team of more than seven different nationalities.
