As more and more farmers across Europe are trusting Agreena and joining our Carbon Programme, we're expanding our Customer Success team with dynamic, resourceful and purpose-driven CS experts! We are therefore looking for a Customer Success Specialist/Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
As CS Specialist/Manager, your role will be to oversee a portfolio of customers on our platform, actively seek new subscriptions opportunities across our user base and support our yearly Carbon cycle. You will therefore have to have frequent contacts with farmers and landowners, to support them in setting up their fields for the upcoming harvest year, supporting them in building their profiles and strategies and guiding new potential subscribers into joining the programme.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Support, Carbon and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
This position may require occasional travel. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we’d like to meet you!
This is a full-time permanent tole - and we hope you can start as soon as possible. The role is based in our HQ in Copenhagen (DK) where we currently are a team of more than seven different nationalities.
