Then you may very well be our new Head of Brand amp; Communications for Ageras Marketplace.
Who are we?
We are here to make life easier for SME’s and microbusinesses by matching them with the right accountant or lawyer. We are planning to expand our product offering on Ageras Marketplace, so more verticals will be added. Ageras Marketplace is a part of Ageras Group consisting of Ageras Marketplace, Billy, Meneto, Salary, Tellow and Zervant - the largest professional service platform in Europe.
Joining our Global Marketing Team your colleagues will be highly specialised international paid specialists, marketing and content managers, growth hackers, a Head of Performance and developers who all share a passion for always improving our lead focused digital marketing efforts. You will report to our Global CMO and work with colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany and the US.
What will you be doing?
As our new Head of Brand amp; Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, messaging and brand positioning. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment, effectively manages priorities. Specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for all aspects of communications on all forms of media, including press releases and digital campaigns, e-mail flows, print and PR materials, social media, video and more both producing yourself and guiding others
- Execute Ageras’ marketing and branding activities in across markets launching and positioning new verticals in the different countries with local Marketing Managers
- Develop and implement marketing communication plans, creative concepts and implement unique performing campaigns with local Marketing Managers
- Take ownership of the brand CVI and Tov and ensure verticals are positioned correctly
- Work on optimising the customer journey, nurturing leads from awareness to conversion and up-sales
- Manage relevant agencies, content writers and freelancers to ensure strong relationships, quality goods and services and value for money
Who are you?
Our new Head of Brand amp; Communications has a solid marketing-skillset, but equally important: a can-do-more approach, the ability and ambition make an impact and exceed your goals. We are a well-funded scale-up with our start up mentality in place, so we expect you have a growth mindset with the ability to work independently. You see yourself as performance driven, responsible, creative and of course as someone can lead and execute projects. We are not too concerned about your educational background, but do expect you to bring 5+ years hands-on experience within marketing, brand positioning and communication. You also have:
- Solid organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, nudging and content strategy skills this is an executing role, where we expect you to produce as well as supervise
- Experience managing projects with many moving parts and still keeping attention to detail
- The abilities to set clear goals, KPI’s, and metrics to measure the success of a strategy, campaign and optimisations
- Proven track record of assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results
- Knowledge of the US, DE and NL markets is a big plus
- Perfect English skills German, Dutch or Scandinavian abilities are a plus, but not a must
