Talentiir is recruiting on behalf of our client Lenus eHealth, for this position of Talent Attraction Partner. This is a permanent role with Lenus eHealth.

Requirements
In your role, you will:- Be part of a recruitment area (Tech amp; Product, Commercial, or Key Account Managers), along with 1-2 other TA Partners and a Senior TA Partner.
- Manage approx. 10 active in-house recruitments monthly.
- You will report to the Global Head of Talent Attraction.
- Experience with recruiting in high volumes with rigid hiring deadlines.
- An ambitious and energetic persona, with a high level of initiative.
- Experience with navigating various recruitments and stakeholders simultaneously.
Additionally, it is a bonus if you have:
- Experience with both recruitment agency as well as in-house recruitment.
- Experience with recruitment of business development/account management profiles.
