Talentiir is recruiting on behalf of our client Lenus eHealth, for this position of Senior Talent Attraction Partner. This is a permanent role with Lenus eHealth.

Requirements

As part of Lenus' Global People amp; Culture Team, your role will include, but not be limited to;

• Telling Lenus eHealth's story and help build a great employer brand
• Build talent pipelines based on a deep understanding of the business strategy
• Partner with amazing leaders to track ongoing hiring needs
• Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities via their HR tools
• Identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
• Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization

• You have 4+ years of recruitment experience in fast paced international environment
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
• An understanding of the best modern recruiting tools
• An ROI mindset, to track the impact of initiatives and adjust based on data
