Hey there dear video enthusiast
Synthesia is the global leader in synthetic media. Our vision is to build the first fully programmable video generation platform and help everyone transform non-video content into video.
Synthesia is already working with some of the world’s biggest companies and celebrities such as David Beckham, BBC, EY, McDonalds and WPP.
In this position you'll become a part of our growth team, responsible for video editing and video content generation. You’ll use our own tool Synthesia STUDIO in a combination with your preferable video editing software.
The main task for you will be to generate tens of new videos every week for our growing Youtube channel, help articles, website, ads and other marketing materials. We don't want to just tell you what to do; you will have freedom to develop new video concepts and test any kind of creative video idea.
We also sit closely with our product team, so you, as a power user of Synthesia STUDIO, will be able to heavily influence our product direction and next features. We have a ton of super exciting stuff coming out in the next year.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with video editing and very good proficiency in at least one professional video editing app
- Some experience with video shooting
- Experience working with Youtube
- Some experience with design (we have designers in house, but you shouldn’t be afraid of Figma or Canva)
- Passion for everything related to video and new video trends
- You're a self-starter: if you see get a cool idea for a video, just do it (you don't have to ask for permission here at Synthesia)
