What will I do..?
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for generating qualified sales leads and opportunities with revenue contribution accountability. You will work across all marketing channels identifying ways to deliver results at targeted unit economics. Growth is the primary focus for this role and success is based on measurable performance.

  • Meet or exceed monthly leads, opportunities, and budget targets
  • Build a qualified lead generation engine that is scalable across geographies and industries
  • Responsible for achieving all demand generation pipeline and ACV targets through solution-based, customer-driven campaigns that span paid (SEM, display, social, email) and direct marketing (events, webinar, direct mail, thought leadership)
  • Responsible for strong alignment, communication, and accountability with sales, events, digital, and other cross-functional teams
  • Be the source of demand gen programs creativity
  • Own program/campaign performance reports and share insights to the broader team
  • Manage budgets with the responsibility to track and share progress

Requirements

What will I bring..?

  • Proven track record of success in implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid digital, website digital strategy, direct marketing, etc.)
  • Demonstrate ability to manage marketing budgets, allocating and optimizing spend across tactics and experience with forecasting results
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce and/or other marketing tools such as HubSpot, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.
  • Works well under pressure in a high growth environment that is constantly changing
  • Strong communication skills including data crunching and storytelling
  • Analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail
  • Consistent can-do attitude
