In this role, you will join our internal team to begin your journey, and get to know the Talentiir way. Then, you are ready to represent Talentiir ‘in-house’ at one of our well-established clients. You will truly be a part of our client’s talent team and culture. You could work in the client office (Copenhagen area) or you could sit with the Talentiir team.

During this role, you will continually learn and develop. You will get experience with different clients, different industries and growth stages.

The next career step at Talentiir would be to Lead Talent Recruiter. We will work together on your career development plan and promote you to Lead as soon as you are ready.

About Talentiir

Talentiir is a brand-new company that was launched in May 2021. Talentiir enables scale-up and growth-stage companies to hire the best talent. We offer 3 Tiir levels of service. We provide custom solutions to enable our clients to scale, and at high volume.

Our 3 Tiirs of service are:

  • Tiir 1 Talent Search
  • Tiir 2 In-house Talent
  • Tiir 3 Talent RPO

Our ambition is to be the leading RPO provider in Scandinavia within 3 years, and both our growth plans and journey is going to be an exciting one!

Today we are just a 5-person company, and you will join our recruiting team. We aim to grow the team to at least 8 this year, and to 20 by the end of 2022.

Your role:

As Senior Talent Recruiter, you will either be in-house with one of our clients, or you will be with the Talentiir sourcing team. We have 3 sourcing teams (Tech, Commercial and Corporate). You will typically be working with around 4 different positions at any time.

Managing Client Delivery (30%)

  • You will ensure delivery to our clients is successful
  • You will own the data metrics, and ensure this is reviewed weekly
  • You will be measured on regular client and candidate feedback scores
  • You decide if additional resourcers are needed on the client project

Recruiting (30%)

  • You will be doing the screening process of candidates and providing the shortlists of candidates to our clients (or our onsite recruiters).
  • You will manage the candidates and communicate throughout the process, from outreach/application received, through to hire/rejection (and beyond).
  • You will work directly with our clients hiring managers, and project managing each recruitment process from start-up to hiring.
  • Providing amazing Candidate and Client experience is essential to you. Exceeding expectations and providing an amazing service should be the norm. You are pro-active and reactive!
  • You will be expected to regularly create relevant content for our Social Media channels, and your own LinkedIn profile. These will be posts, articles, and videos.

Headhunting/Search (30%)

  • Searching and reaching out to candidates is the core of your role. You will use various sites and tools to reach your target audience.
  • Creating well written and personalised mails (and videos) to candidates.
  • Candidate and company mapping, building talent pipelines.
  • You have a relentless, never-give-up mindset. You will experiment with different search methods until you have built a strong shortlist of qualified candidates.

Social Media (10%)

While amazing people can come from all kinds of different backgrounds, for our Senior Talent Recruiter role we would typically expect at least 5 years of recruitment experience. Let us summarise a likely great fit:

  • 5+ recruitment experience - Proven results for finding and attracting amazing talent and closing many challenging positions IT, Digital or Commercial experience preferred.
  • Ideally you already have 2+ years of experience working ‘in-house’ as a Talent Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, with proven recruitment delivery results.
  • You have a strong interest in Digital. You are very curious about how technology improves human experience. This interest will make your job even more enjoyable because this is what our scale-up clients are doing!
