In this role, you will join our internal team to begin your journey, and get to know the Talentiir way. Then, you are ready to represent Talentiir ‘in-house’ at one of our well-established clients. You will truly be a part of our client’s talent team and culture. You could work in the client office (Copenhagen area) or you could sit with the Talentiir team.
During this role, you will continually learn and develop. You will get experience with different clients, different industries and growth stages.
The next career step at Talentiir would be to Lead Talent Recruiter. We will work together on your career development plan and promote you to Lead as soon as you are ready.

Today we are just a 5-person company, and you will join our recruiting team. We aim to grow the team to at least 8 this year, and to 20 by the end of 2022.
Your role:
As Senior Talent Recruiter, you will either be in-house with one of our clients, or you will be with the Talentiir sourcing team. We have 3 sourcing teams (Tech, Commercial and Corporate). You will typically be working with around 4 different positions at any time.
