Keepit is looking for a SDR Sales Coach to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark

Sales coaching plays a fundamental role in enabling our skilled sales representatives to perform at their best and secure a motivating work environment. Sales coaching allows us to support and provide the best conditions for each sales representative to learn about our product and sales methodology.
As an SDR Sales Coach at Keepit, you will be instrumental in developing our SDR teams through individual and group coaching. Your primary responsibilities as SDR Sales Coach will include mentoring new sales representatives, designing individual and team training courses, and preparing educational material. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and motivate employees of varying seniority. Furthermore, you should be data-driven and use different tools to measure progress while setting goals and assessing the development to make our sales representatives grow.
Central tasks as SDR Sales Coach with Keepit will include:· Helping us identify best-practice Value-Based selling using a data-driven approach and ensure that best-practice is implemented across the sales teams· Onboard and train new SDRs. Furthermore, identify individual and team training needs across the sales teams· Providing 1:1 coaching with our individual SDRs by providing constructive feedback and assessments to optimize our sales processes and sales playbook continuously· Set learning and development objectives for the sales teams
As SDR Sales Coach, you will be joining our growing Sales Coaching Team, led by Sales Coach Manager Mira Nambiar. You will be working from our Copenhagen office, located on the 7th floor at Parken, the national stadium of Denmark, with a beautiful view of the park and the sea.
