We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to a global audience. Our Sales Operations Team plays a vital part in ensuring that we reach our goals as a company, as they work assiduously to establish the best possible conditions for our sales teams and partners and to support the Partner First strategy. Right now, we are engaged in launching an outstanding internal learning platform (LMS) for our skilled sales and partner sales teams. We call it The Keepit Academy. For this reason, we are looking for an instructional designer who can help us create engaging, interactive and well-designed learning materials.
As anInstructional Designer, you will help us create and design the relevant learning materials for our sales training platform working closely, with our sales enablement manager, sales coaches, and the sales operations team. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in the organization to enable and reveal all the relevant subject-matter-expertise that currently exists in our organization, and through outstanding design, make it accessible for new Keepers as we scale.
Central tasks as Instructional Designer with Keepit will include:- Buildawesome courses and curriculums within our LMSand for live/virtual training and workshops(Keepit Sales Academy).- Scope, design, and develop learning content, including assets and assessments for leader-led and self-paced in-person, blended, and digital solutions.- Use learning analytics and user feedback to recommend improvements for design cycles.- Support and steer subject matter experts through the collaborative design process to ensure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback circuit.
As Instructional Designer with Keepit, you will be part of the Sales Operations Team, led by the Head of Sales Operations, Thomas. You will be working from our Copenhagen office, located on the 7th floor at Parken, the national stadium of Denmark, with a beautiful view of the park and the sea.
