Job Description
We are looking for skilled Node.js software engineers to join our newly started partnerships team. The partnerships team will be building greenfield projects using Dixa public API, Webhooks, etc. You will report directly to an engineering manager, but your work will be in a team. The Partnerships team will grow from two engineers to four within a short time.What you'll be doing

We started out as four friends around a kitchen table, on a mission to radically change the customer service space, while building a people-first and values-driven culture from the get-go.
Now, we’re in scale-up territory, backed by incredible VCs (raising Series C in July 2021), and over 190 exceptional Dixaterians working with us in 4 offices (and remotely)
This incredible momentum is fuelling our mission to once and for all eliminate bad customer service and create a world in which all people are welcomed by their favorite brands with the warm familiarity of a friend.

- Build and maintain quality and resilient web integrations to Dixa’s platform;
- Help customer experience and the commercial partnership team to validate ideas, integrations, and technical solutions;
- Help partners to build integrations to Dixa’s platform;
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design on roadmap ideas and priorities;
- Taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
- Work closely with Product and Design.
- Solutions-oriented, who can find creative solutions to problems by putting together things that already exist;
- Proficient in Node.js and Typescript or Javascript;
- Comfortable with writing and maintaining technical documentation;
- Knowledgeable in good software testing practices, you are capable of creating test suites that cover critical business as well as edge cases;
- Knowledgeable in build automation practices and the tooling involved in building a great automated development pipeline.
- Knowledge of practical functional programming techniques;
- AWS experience;
- Scala experience.
